Making Steamed Bread with Pandan Jam

PANDAN JAM STEAMED BREAD

PONTI STEAMED BREAD

BREAD Ingredients:
250 grams of low-grade flour
50 grams of granulated sugar
50 grams of vegetable oil
120 milliliters of liquid milk
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
5 grams of instant yeast

Mix all the mixer ingredients until smooth
form the dough into an oval shape
let it rise until it doubles in size
approximately 45-60 minutes
Steam for 20 minutes


PANDAN SRIKAYA JAM

JAM Ingredients:
250 milliliters of thick coconut milk
100 milliliters of water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
50 milliliters of pandan sediment water
4 egg yolks
65 grams of granulated sugar
10 grams of flour
10 grams of cornstarch

Mix and stir all the ingredients, strain, cook over low heat and continue stirring until thick and bubbling, turn off the heat, add 1 tablespoon of margarine and stir well
