Making CoCo Roll Cake


Ingredients:

- 4 whole eggs

- 4 egg yolks

- 90 grams of sugar

- 60 grams of flour

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

- 10 grams of cornstarch

- 20 grams of powdered milk

- 100 grams of butter

- Blackforest chocolate paste


Chocolate for the top of the cake: 100 grams of dcc + uht milk + 1/2 tbsp of butter, heat over low heat while stirring.


How to make:

1. Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy and thick, stir in flour and melted butter with a spatula

2. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius

3. Wait until cool, spread buttercream, roll and compact.
