KIMLO BAKSO SOUP

Ingredients:

- 4 garlic cloves, crushed

- 1/2 sliced ​​onion

- 200 grams of chicken fillet, cut into pieces (but this time I didn't use it)

- chicken fillet bones

- enough wood ear mushrooms (I used the dry ones, so soak them in water for a while and cut them into pieces)

- 10 meatballs and sliced

- 10 quail eggs

- 1 large carrot, sliced

- 1 small plastic of vermicelli

- 1 stalk of spring onion and celery

- 1.5 liters of water

- salt + powdered broth

How to Cook:

- saute garlic + onion

- add chicken bones, saute and stir

- add water, boil then add carrots

- add wood ear mushrooms, quail eggs, meatballs

- add salt + powdered broth

- all cooked

- add vermicelli

- add chopped spring onions and celery

- stir well and check the taste


Serve with soy sauce chili sauce, The soy sauce sauce is just 1 garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, crushed, then add soy sauce
